Hattusha Open-Air Museum Turkey

Hattusa, the capital of the Hittites, is located in Bogazkale in the city of Corum and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hattusa was its first settlement from 3000 BC. And highly developed in art and architecture.

Unique archaeological finds include containers shaped like a bull’s head, used for rituals, and cuneiform tablets. This culturally rich site also bears layers from the time of the Hattians, Assyrians, Phrygians, Galatians, Romans and Byzantines.
